Shenaid Channer is a certified yoga instructor and holistic wellness advocate dedicated to helping others achieve balance and self-acceptance. Her wellness journey is grounded in the belief that “yoga is the journey to the self, through the self,” guiding her to create classes that encourage self-discovery and offer a refuge from everyday stress.
Alongside her yoga practice, Shenaid is a certified holistic nutrition counselor, combining her background in chemistry from Virginia State University with specialized training from Bauman College. With a focus on sustainable living and balanced nutrition, she empowers clients to optimize their health through mindful eating, healthy digestion, and hormonal balance.
